Delete instantly in the app

If you have the MobiRide app installed, you can delete your account directly without waiting for email processing. You will need to confirm with your PIN or password.

Before deleting, please complete or cancel any active rides or deliveries. If you have a driver wallet balance, it will be cleared when your account is deleted (it cannot be withdrawn separately in the app).

What we delete

When we process a valid request, we delete or anonymize the personal data tied to your account to the extent we can do so while operating the service and meeting our legal obligations. The exact scope depends on your account type (for example, driver vs rider) and what data we hold.

What we may retain

We may keep certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes—for example records needed for tax, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, or enforcing our agreements. Where retention applies, we limit use to those purposes.
